Dear Herbert,

Just a note to let you know we arrived home safely. Our boat trip in Lima and the trip to the Pantanas de Villa were excellent, and all arrangements went smoothly. Our flights home to California were on time with no problems. After our wonderful journey to Peru, the only problem I have is that I must now go back to work! We cannot thank you enough for making all the arrangements for us. I said before we came to Peru that I was impressed with the thoroughly professional nature of your services. I am even more impressed now. You and your staff have done an outstanding job, and I'll be happy to recommend you to my friends.

All good wishes, and I hope we meet again sometime in Peru (or California or Austeralia!).
All the best from Jeri and me. We shall have happy memories of Cusco and Peru for a long time.

Dear Mau Nature Tours:

My husband and I returned from our trip to Peru last week. We spent four days (September 3 through September 6) at the Manu lodge in the rainforest and wanted to let you know what an amazing time we had. The accommodations were great. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The food was excellent and there was so much of it.

The trip was really unforgettable, and we attribute most of this incredible experience to our guide, Juan Carlos. He was wonderful! My husband and I really enjoyed his company on the long nature walks and the late afternoon boat rides. We were able to see about seven different types of monkeys, dozens of birds, insects, and turtles, giant otters, caimans, etc. You can tell that Juan really enjoys what he does. He is so interested in nature.
He was also so accommodating to us, in that he was always making sure that we were taken care of. He certainly possesses all of the qualities of a great guide. He is really excellent, but I am sure that I am not telling you anything that you don't already know about him.

We were so fortunate to have met such wonderful people on our trip, including Juan Carlos and all of the people on your staff. I thought you would appreciate this positive feedback. Thanks again for everything.
